Howard's Heifer was the first time I painted this girl. That particular Hereford cow painting of mine was favored by a couple from England, but already sold, so they commissioned another painting of her. I had fortunately taken quite a few reference photos of this heifer, and this is the painting I did for them, shipped to England for her husband's birthday.
