I had this painting nearly finished, on an easel for display
with the reference photo at the Cattlemen's Western Art Show
last March. It was purchased the first night of the show unfinished,
and I finished it in the studio and shipped it to the buyer.
I love Jersey cow and calf faces, those big eyes really stand out. I thought
this little calf had a ton of attitude and a great expression!
